Why does the color of our urine sometimes get yellow?

Are you aware that about 70% to 80% of your brain tissue is made up of water right?. So If you're dehydrated, your body and your mind are stressed. If you're feeling thirsty, you're already a little dehydrated. Do you noticed

  • It means your kidneys are working properly; If the colour is :

  • Dark Yellow - Normal but need to drink some water soon

  • No color or Transparent :- You're drinking lots of water and try to cut back a little

  • Dark yellow: u need to drink more water as your urine is concentrated

  • Basically the darker the yellow the more concentrated and thus less water you got

  • Transparent Yellow :- You are normal

  • Pale Straw Color :- You're normal, healthy and well-hydrated

  • Syrup or Brown Ale :- You could have liver disease or severe dyhrated. Drink water or see Doctor if persist

  • Outside influences :- Stuff you take can change the color of your urine, e.g some medications , laxatives, chemotherapy drugs and dyes Doctors give you to diganose some urinary tract infections can make your urine darker than normal.Are you taking any of these?
